There is no permanent free tier planned. We offer a 3-day free trial at launch so you can test all features before committing.

After the 3-day iOS launch trial, you'll be charged for your selected plan. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid charges.

Once iOS is live, you can cancel from your iPhone by opening Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions, selecting Spottable, and tapping Cancel Subscription.

AI credits are used for AI-powered features: analyzing listings, chatting about listings, and generating messages. Each action costs 1 credit. Pro includes 25 credits per month.

No, the 25 credits included with Pro reset each billing cycle. However, any credits you purchase separately never expire.

Yes. Chrome credits are available now via your dashboard, and iOS credit packs launch with the app. Purchased credits never expire and are used before monthly subscription credits.

Your remaining credits are shown in dashboard and extension surfaces today, and in the iOS app once it launches.

Pro subscribers receive hourly notification summaries when new listings match their saved searches. iOS push delivery is available once the app launches.

Yes. Each saved search has optional notification filters. For example, you might search for iPhones under $500 but only get notified for ones under $300.

Check that notifications are enabled in Settings → Spottable → Notifications. Also make sure your saved search is active and that there are actually new listings matching your criteria.

No. Spottable searches public Marketplace listings without requiring your Facebook login. Your Facebook account stays completely separate.

We store your saved searches, watchlist, notification history, and AI chat threads. Listing photos are cached temporarily to improve loading times. We never sell your data.

Yes. Go to Settings in the app and tap "Delete Account" to permanently delete your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
